Tyler's career began after earning his law degree Magna cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. He moved to Washington, D.C., where he joined the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Investment Management. At the SEC, he practiced at the intersection of enforcement and investment management policy, joined the agency's first digital asset working group, and advised on the SEC's inaugural § 21F whistleblower case. Cam is a high-impact transactional attorney and strategic advisor whose career is defined by two signature qualities: an exceptional ability to negotiate complex, high-stakes Sports Markets & Innovative Technology deals — and an instinct for engineering solutions where none appear to exist. Across global sports organizations, regulated fintech platforms, and premier law firms, he has consistently delivered results that protect client interests, unlock new commercial opportunities, and resolve seemingly intractable disputes — often saving clients significant costs in the process.

Whether structuring multi-million-dollar B2B deals, forging first-of-their-kind AI and blockchain go-to-market or licensing frameworks, navigating the SEC and CFTC's nuanced regulatory environments, or repositioning dormant verticals into revenue-generating commercial operations, Cam operates at the frontier of law and Corporate Strategy. He is the attorney clients turn to when the stakes are highest, the technology is newest, and the path forward requires both precision and vision.

Cam's credentials are rooted in both the discipline of elite competition and the rigor of world-class academic institutions. Before earning his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law (2017) — where he simultaneously completed a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School (2017) — Cam was a decorated NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse player at St. Lawrence University, where he double-majored in Mathematics and Economics obtaining his B.A. in 2013. As a senior, he served as Team Captain and earned three of the sport's most coveted individual honors in a single season: Division III All-America recognition, USILA Scholar All-America distinction — awarded to student-athletes who excel equally on the field and in the classroom — and First Team All-Conference in the Liberty League, having also earned All-Conference recognition as a junior. The qualities that defined Cam as an athlete — competitive fire, resilience under pressure, and the ability to lead when the stakes are highest — are the same qualities that define him as a lawyer.
